Products can occasionally be damaged in shipping or we might accidentally short your order or pull the wrong item for your order. Should one of these situations occur, please give us a call or email us within five days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right. All returns require an authorization number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We will then email you an authorization number and an address for you to send the product(s) back to us. All returns will be prepaid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. All returns should be handled within 30 days of purchase and will require an original sales receipt. Refunded amounts will be for merchandise only (all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).

We now ship our products throughout the United States and Internationally. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

International orders generally ship within 24 hours of confirmation (Mon-Fri) & arrive within 11-20 standard business days.
$.01 to $150.00 = $15.00
$150.01 to $600.00 = $25.00
$600.01 to $900.00 = $40.00
$900.01+ to $1200 = $65.00

All customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to provide guidance to the Postal Service on where to leave your shipment(s). NationalParkSouvenirs.com is not responsible for returned or unclaimed shipments. Customers who have shipments returned to our office as non-deliverable will be notified and have 14 days to redirect their shipment.
