Allosaurus fragilis is the most common species of carnivorous theropod fossil found in the Morrison Formation from the Late Jurassic of North America. Meaning "different lizard," Allosaurus measured up to 30 ft (8.5 m) from nose-to-tail, with a unique concave vertebrae shape. Large serrated teeth and sharp, hook-shaped claws likely made them fierce hunters, with adults possibly joining in small groups to overpower prey.

1.5" Hard enamel pin; black metal.
