Harbor Seal Pin

Harbor Seals are found around the arctic & temperate coastlines of the northern hemisphere. They are true seals, having no external ear flaps. Reaching five to six feet in length and weighing up to 300 pounds, their small flippers require them to flop on their bellies to move on land, but when in the ocean can dive to depths of 1400 feet and remain underwater for nearly 30 minutes. Harbor seals are far from picky eaters, feeding on pollock, hake, herring, and other middle and bottom fish.
