Lupine Pin

The striking Lupine is Native to North America and can be found growing across the continent, from Maine to California. The Lupine’s blueish-purple flowers bloom in late spring from an erect spike, growing up to 1-5 feet tall. Part of the legume family, the pea-like pods of the Lupine contain up to a dozen seeds, some of which are edible, while others can be poisonous.
